Rules of the College

A candidate seeking admission to the College for any course has to apply online admission to the rules of the University WBSU.

The date and time of obtaining Forms are put on the Notice Board of the College. Admission to undergraduate course usually starts after the Higher Secondary results are published by the WBCHSE.

Admission is done strictly on the basis of merit and the list of names of the students selected for admission is put up on the Notice Board on a date previously notified.

Selected applicants are required to pay the necessary charge in the prescribed bank whining specified period failing which they shall forfeit their claims to admission.

All admission will be deemed provisional until proper scrutiny is done and the Principal’s approval obtained.

Candidates should keep the following documents ready in original for inspection by the Admission Committee.

Regarding Attendance

Class attendance should be strictly maintained he/ she has attend at least 75% of the lecturer delivered and practical classes held there in each of the subjects/ groups of subjects/ groups of subjects concerned.

A candidate attending less then 75% but not below 60% of the lecturer delivered and practical classes held in one or more groups of subjects.
