1.     Take 3 copies Printout of the Exam Form.

2.     Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).

3.     Library Clearance.

4.     Payment receipt of deposited Admission fees & others fees.

5.     ABC ID and Passport Size Colour Photo for upload.

Documents Needed for SEM-VI  CASUAL/Back log Candidates:-

1.     Take 3 copies Printout of the Exam Form.

2.     1 (one) copy passport photo.

3.     2 (two) copies Xerox of SEM-VI Marksheet or Back log marksheet.

4.     Acknowledgement Card (RED CARD/ FEES BOOK).

5.     Rs. 101/- Cash.

6.     ABC ID and Passport Size Colour Photo for upload.
